CONFERENCE SCOPE
To provide an international forum to review recent research results, and the status and trends in high performance computing, numerical simulation and physical modeling of current and
advanced nuclear systems.

The international topical meeting M&C + SNA 2007 MONTEREY is the next of the prominent series of topical meetings in the field of mathematics and computation for nuclear applications that is sponsored by the Mathematics and Computation Division of the American Nuclear Society, and will be a joint meeting with the Supercomputing in Nuclear Applications Conference series.

The technical program will comprise plenary sessions, parallel oral technical sessions, poster sessions, as well as technical exhibits and tours. We anticipate the opportunity for both technical and non-technical tours on the Thursday and Friday (April 19-20) following the conference. Additional details will beforthcoming on this website.

The conference will take place on the beautiful Monterey Pennisula which is described as the greatest meeting of land and sea. It will be held at the Monterey Marriott Hotel, in the heart of historic downtown Monterey. Monterey County encompasses some of California's most stunning scenery, from the dramatic Big Sur coastline to romantic Carmel and Pebble Beach. The world renowed Monterey Bay Aquarium, not to mention Steinbeck's Cannery Row, old Fisherman's Wharf, 17-Mile Drive, Elkhorn Slough, and Monterey Wine Country make this a beautifully attractive destination for the M&C +SNA 2007 topical meeting.

The temperate April climate and charming surroundings offer the interested visitor the ideal conditions for leisure and discovery.

We count on your participation for the success of this meeting.
